At the Special Town Meeting held on 5/10/22, the voters of Starksboro passed both Article 1 and 2 by voice vote from the floor. The recording of the meeting is available for those who were unable to attend and would like to hear the discussion.

The village corridor is looking beautiful for all those who travel through our special little town.
The Selectboard has received a request from the Mt. Abe Snow Sports Snowmobile Club for permission to use portions of town roads for trail connections in the areas of Ireland, Conway, and Sam Stokes roads in Starksboro. Information about the request and consideration is available below. A written decision will be issues by the Selectboard.

Take a look at the full map of the Creekside Trail. The trail is open to the public and parking is available at the Cota field area near where the trail begins.
The Cota Recreation Field and area is a treasured asset for the Town of Starksboro and we encourage residents to enjoy the nature trail and access to Lewis Creek. If you are interested in reserving the pavilion for a private gathering, please contact Amy at the Town Clerk's office. She can provide details on use of the space and ensure availability.
