Development Review Board

The Starksboro Development Review Board consists of 7 members who are appointed by the Starksboro Selectboard. Terms are 3 years. 

The DRB  is a quasi-judicial body that reviews applications for land use and development that is beyond the scope of the zoning administrator's authority. Applications for consideration are submitted to the Zoning office, processed by the ZA, and then prepared for the appropriate public hearing process (i.e. site plan review, subdivision review, etc.)
